Contacting the Practice during COVID19

Welcome to Oakley Health Centre

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register with either of the Practices operating from here, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues available through the drop down menus at the top of the page. We have put together a section of useful information on the management of common conditions and we would encourage you to check our self help sections before contacting the practice to see if your questions are answered here.

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and administration staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition. See our

Since merger there is an issue with Online Repeat Ordering. All patients that were Boggon & Halford Patients should:

1. Go online and select- support centre, then Contact Support (Top RHS), then Support Centre (Top RHS again)

2. Inform them of your error message and ask to deregister via email

3. Contact the practice to send a new registration letter to you

4. Go online and register again

Thank you and apologies for any issues this may cause.
