Talking therapies, or psychological therapies, are effective and confidential treatments delivered by fully trained and accredited NHS practitioners. They can help with common mental health problems like stress, anxiety and depression.

Non-urgent advice: Podiatry Services

Members of the public can self-refer to the Podiatry Service. You can access an electronic request for assistance form here:

Referral form

The completed forms are secure and confidential, and will be submitted directly to the service.

If you prefer, you can collect a hard copy of this form from your local clinic, health centre, or GP Practice.

All requests for assistance will be triaged and may lead to signposting to other services, telephone or video consultations, or face to face appointments.
