When you find out that you are pregnant you can contact the midwife directly on 01383 623623 extension 24633. They will arrange to meet with you and will make arrangements for your first scan. There is no need for you to see a GP unless you have any problems or concerns which you wish to discuss.

Health start vitamins are recommended during the period when you are trying for pregnancy, throughout pregnancy and for any period during which you are breastfeeding after the birth of your baby. These can be obtained free of charge from the Health Centre reception desk.

Physiotherapy is usually carried out at Valleyfield clinic. You can refer yourself directly by asking for a self referral form at our reception desk.
